Location: Highbury and North Harbour (Main Campus Highbury)
Salary: Actual salary pro-rata, Full Time Equivalent £24,521.29 – £25,210.25 per annum
Hours of work: Various Hours Available, up to 36 Weeks per year (Term Time only), Full/Part-Time, Sessional

About The Role:
To provide high-quality learning support for students attending our College’s Alternative Provision Programmes with a range of learning difficulties/disabilities (SEND), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and other barriers to learning. The postholder will work closely with teaching staff and the Pre-16 Coordinator to provide classroom and 1:1 support, enabling students to engage positively with learning, develop confidence, improve their personal and social skills, and make progress towards their educational goals. The role includes promoting positive behaviour, independence, wellbeing and high expectations, whilst supporting students in accordance with their individual support plans and EHCP requirements.
