Salary: up to £25,410.97 - £26,133.56 Full Time Equivalent per annum
Hours of work: up to 37 Hours per week, up to 52 Weeks per year, Sessional/Variable Hours

About the role:
To liaise closely and support the Site Supervisor and Head of Estates to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day running, presentation, and management of the college campus, ensuring a warm, clean, safe, and secure environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
To carry out campus maintenance and repairs as directed by the Site Supervisor ensuring these works are carried out in accordance with the relevant Health and Safety legislation and to handle the day-to-day issues related to such works.
Be conversant with the Health and Safety policies relevant to the post including those relating to manual handling, working from height, control of legionellae and fire safety.
As this role is sessional, there are no guranteed hours attached to the post.
