About the role:
As a member of the MIS technical team, you will be responsible for the analysis, development, testing, documentation, implementation and maintenance of the MIS reporting and systems in use across the college.
This will include estimating workload, resources, and timescales required to complete customer-led developments on time and in budget.
You will be responsible for owning, tracking and resolving reporting and system related incidents and requests, providing a responsive, flexible and pro-active service.
You will need to work with staff from the IT Services to ensure effective communication is in place, standards are upheld, and documentation is maintained and shared.
